Shall you wish to return any items please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns accepted within 15 days and all items must be unpacked and in perfect condition in which they were received. Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We are unable to accept returns for item that has been used, damaged, or is out of its original packaging.
Items returned without prior authorisation or without passing inspection – may not be accepted, so please inform us first.
NOTE ON CORK MATERIAL
Each piece of cork bark is unique and comes directly from the tree, with different variations in shading. All our cork mats are glued by hand with water based, solvents– free glue. Natural cork can stretch a little and it can form small imperfections or air bubbles on the surface. Rarely, but unfortunately this can happen, due to the nature of this material. Especially from improper usage, like folding or bending the mat, sitting on it while it is rolled up, which should be avoided. Keep it softly rolled up loose and flat whenever possible. This is not considered to be a production defect and it doesn’t affect the mat performance and purpose in any way.
At Rocorkyoga we inform our customers that there may be slight differences in colour between the images displayed on our website and the physical products, this may be due to the following reasons: images visualisation in the different existing tinted monitors, used by manufacturers for different stock replenishments.
All products offered by Rocorkyoga are subject to manufacturing warranties. Rocorkyoga will proceed to the replacement or refund of the amount paid according to the usual return criteria. Our customer service staff will indicate the postal address, where you must deliver the defective product, always in the original packaging, and with the total of its contents, including accessories, no scratches, no use, etc. The shipping and transport costs of the defective product for verification will always be carried out by the buyer. In the event that, after verification, the manufacturer determines that there is no manufacturing defect and that it is due to misuse, the product will be available to the customer for withdrawal, by a transport agency that determines shipment by the company. Under no circumstances will Rocorkyoga assume the costs of shipping the product to the customer.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the product will be fixed or replaced by an equal one. The cost of shipping of the replaced product will be carried out by the Rocorkyoga. The guarantee of the products is excluded if they have received, once delivered to the customer, with any deterioration due to external events, accidents, etc., or if they are damaged or due to misuse. Losses in the functionality of the articles, due to the limitations of conception thereof, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty. To exercise the right of guarantee, you must contact our Customer Service in advance and inform us of the manufacturing defect, indicating the invoice number. Rocorkyoga makes no warranty on products or services that have been sold by third parties.
